I received the help I truly needed and finally found a remarkable doctor for my ongoing mental illness. I am still doing well and forever grateful to the professional, ethical, compassionate staff that endures the occasional tramua induced outbursts from some. These people are truly living examples of what a treatment standard can look like. 👍 👍

The Willough is a great place, as with all treatment centers it is what you make it. If you are really there for recovery then go to all groups and meetings and stay out of the drama. The counselors are ok though some can do more then handing out a paper and asking what we think. They have an outside group every night may it be na ca or aa they are great and really appreciate these people for bringing the meetings in to help those who need to be introduced or reintroduced to these.

I am pleased with my stay, Someone is going to have a issue with any facility that is helping. When I was there I wanted things my way.but my way is exactly why I needed help and they gave it to me. Bottom line, be, strong,do the right thing for you and stay out of the drama on the phone and med and things will work out for you. Amen n God bless. I may go back, a refresher and because I chose to pick up alcohol. Crazy.

I am alive today because of Dr. Lado and Miss Clair,,,,,I'm almost 50 and have been doing drugs and drinking since I was 10 in 1985 I got introduced to the demon crack,,,We had an on again off again relationship for years and slowly wry slowly I sank to the bottom of my self made abyss,,,,I have suffered a lot of abuse in different forms by different people I loved and trusted,,,,until one day my mental illnesses and my addiction collided and I WAS A WRECK,,,,with no way to help my self out of my abyss I realized I needed help, my way would never work,,,the crisis center therapist told me about The Willuoghs so I despised to give it a chance I went 3 hours away from everything familiar and it's THE BEST THING I EVER DID ,,,,,,Dr. Lado explained why I am the way I am and gave me THE PROPER medication and Miss Clair gave me THE insight of my true self,,,,,Thanks team Willough for saving my life

While I've never been through their program, someone very close to me has. While things can always be better nothing in life is perfect. All I know is the person who is close to me got everything they needed from this place. They went in searching for help to get themselves to where and who they wanted to be and they came out of the program with just that. The life that is back in this person's eyes and voice is the greatest gift that the Willough could give. Thank you.

This is an awesome place. Many of the staff have been there for many years I learned and that made me feel more comfortable. Most of the people were supportive and friendly. Its obviously not the Ritz but then again I've never stayed at a Ritz Carlton. Definitely a god sent when I needed it most. Thumbs up

Nurse Heather is the best. Her knowledge and inspiration is just what I needed to help me through this. Her warm smile and understanding is a blessing.
